We had a really fun February HT and our wonderful new course designer John Staples did a fantastic job pulling together the courses. Now we are welcoming 400 Entries to our Signature Effort to enjoy Eventing for 2 Days with a Party for our Competitors Volunteers, Sponsors, and Friends on Saturday Night 6:30 – 10:PM with raffle tickets for prizes from Tippery, Aiken Yoga, Farriers Fix and Tempi Design Studio.
The Sporting Days Team has been fantastic and such fun to work with, and the wonderful Volunteers who have stepped up to yet another Horse Trials and helped our Competitors further their riding goals here at the farm. It is hard to believe, but in 1981 we had our first little unrecognized competition on the Polo Field across from Steeplechase.
Our Montmorenci Volunteer Fire Company is a great addition to the smooth ingress and egress along with so many other helpful things they do for our Montmorenci/Oakwood Community and we thank them so much.
On Sunday we offer a catered Brunch $45.00 ($25.00 Tax Deductible) also benefiting the MVFC. Please make a reservation as seating will be limited and the view of cross country is extensive and there is easy parking ,
If this is your first time and you might enjoy getting involved please stop in the Pavilion by the Show Jumping Ring and see Ginny, Bambi or Mary and leave us your information. This was formally a US Cavalry Test. Please keep your children and pets under control as along with thundering hooves galloping by there is the occasional unplanned loose horse.
