ENTRIES: Dressage Only Entries: $30.00 Combined Tests: $40.00 Clear Round Jumping: $15.00. Horse Trial Levels: T - $110, N - $105, BN - $100, Tadpole & Amoeba $90.   Limited to 150. Draw checks to SDFHT or Sporting Days Farm H.T. Will only be accepted when accompanied by copies of the horses current negative Coggins Test, full payment of entry fees with the entry form and releases properly executed and signed. Management Reserves the Right to limit entries, to add or divide classes, to add or substitute judges or make whatever changes are required by circumstances to the competition specifications herein. Entries will be accepted on a first come basis. If oversubscribed, multiple rides may be limited—please indicate order of preference.
CHANGES: Must be in writing. Will be accepted up until 7 days prior to competition, after that only substitutions if compatible with time schedule. Each change will cost $15.00. It is recommended fee be sent prior to competition so packet can be collected without waiting.
REFUNDS: No Rain Date or Entry Refund should weather shut down competition. Before February 28 less $15 Office Fee, after only if space filled by waiting list.
NON-COMPETING HORSES: May come on the grounds for a $15.00 fee and must sign Release and wear Special Piney
TENTATIVE TIME SCHEDULE: Sat: 3:00PM XC course open. Sun: Dressage-8:00 am; Show jumping-9:00 am; Cross-country-10:00 am.

STABLING/VETERINARIAN: New 30 Stall Barn on grounds – First night, $45/stall includes 2 bags shavings, $15/stall for additional nights. Additional bedding/hay/feed MUST be pre-ordered by Tuesday, Mar 14. Send separate $25 'clean stall deposit' check payable to SDF HT, refundable by mail if stall deemed stripped clean. DIRECTIONS: [Aiken is North of Augusta, GA & South of Columbia, SC]. From South-exit I-20 at exit 19 & take 19 south to Town Center. From North-exit I-20 at exit 22 & take Rte 1 South to Town Center. At Town Center go left on Richland Ave., (US Rte. 78 East) go approx. 7 miles to event entrance on left. Watch Hwy. 78 to right as it splits from 4 lane Rt. 302 about 1 mile from Town Center.
DRESSAGE: Dressage Only Entries Test of Choice for Ribbons through 4th place based on Danish System 76%-85% First, 66%-75% Second & so on. First Level and up in Standard Arena, Training and below in Small Arena. Horse Trials:  PT-2006 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm.; T-USEF Training Test A -Sm; N-2006 USEF Novice Test A-Sm; BN -2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test B, Tadpole & Amoeba: 2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm:. Arenas: Grass on sandy soil, or sand, no mud.
CROSS-COUNTRY: Approximate distances: T-1200 m @ 450 mpm. N-1100 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1000 m @ 350 mpm, Tadpole & Amoeba – 900m @ 300 mpm,. All courses: T/N-Average, for horses with some experience at this level. Banks, ditches & water at all levels (optional water for BN, Tadpole & Amoeba).
COMBINED TESTS: Amoeba - USEF 2006 Beginner Novice Test A – Jumps 18”; Tadpole - USEF 2006 Beginner Novice Test A – Jumps 2’3”; Beginner Novice - USEF 2006 Beginner Novice Test B – Jumps 2’7”; Novice - USEF 2006 Novice Test A – Jumps 2’11”; Training - USEF 2006 Training Test A – Jumps 3’3”; Preliminary - USEF 2006 Preliminary Test A – Jumps 3’7”; Intermediate - USEF 2006 Intermediate Test A – Jumps 3’9”
10) OTHER INFORMATION: a) Cross-country course closed except on scheduled schooling days. b) Divisions further divided or combined if entries warrant. c) Food on grounds. d) Dogs must be leashed. If captured, $25 freedom fine. Braiding discouraged. USEA Rules will apply, Safety Vests and Medical Armbands must be worn for XC. Turtlenecks or long sleeved shirts with collar may be worn in lieu of Jackets. Jodhpur boots and/or gaiters allowed in lieu of riding boots. Inappropriate clothing (loud colors, excessive fringe etc) can be penalized at the Dressage Judges discretion.
